Commercial Tree Service
HOAs, apartment complexes, farms, churches, schools and job sites. A maintenance schedule or one big clearing, with the paperwork your board and your insurer are going to ask for.
The short version
One falling limb can cost you more than the tree work.
A dead limb over a tenant parking space or a walkway is a claim waiting to happen. And once somebody has reported it and nothing got done, the conversation afterward gets a lot harder. Most commercial tree work is really risk management with a chainsaw attached.
We work with property managers, HOA boards, farm owners and general contractors all over North Central Florida on both sides of that. Regular maintenance that keeps the risk down, and the bigger one time jobs like clearing a build site or opening up a pasture.
What our commercial clients call us for
- Scheduled deadwooding and canopy maintenance on common areas
- Clearance pruning over parking, walkways, signage and lighting
- Hazard tree assessment and written documentation for a board or an insurer
- Lot and land clearing for construction
- Pasture and fence line clearing on farms and acreage
- Storm response for multi building properties, prioritized by hazard
- After hours and weekend scheduling so the work does not disrupt operations
How it works
How we work with property managers
We walk the property
A certified arborist goes through the trees that matter and separates what needs attention now from what can wait a season.
You get it in writing
Itemized, so your board can approve it and so you can put it out for comparison bids if you need to.
Certificates come first
General liability and workers comp certificates land in your office before a crew ever shows up.
We work around your schedule
Early mornings, evenings or weekends when tenant or customer traffic makes daytime work a problem.
You get a record afterward
Photos and a completion record, which is exactly what you want on file if anyone ever asks what you knew and when.

Questions
Questions people ask us about this
Can you provide insurance certificates?
Yes, and we would rather you ask. General liability and workers comp certificates go to your office before work starts. On commercial property an uninsured contractor becomes the owner's problem, so this is worth checking with everyone you hire.
Do you handle ongoing maintenance contracts?
Yes. Scheduled maintenance costs less over a few years than reacting every time something fails, and it gives you a paper trail showing you were doing your part. We will build a schedule around what is actually growing on your property.
Can you work outside business hours?
Yes. Retail, medical and apartment properties usually need early morning, evening or weekend work so tenants and customers are not dealing with it. Tell us up front and we will schedule it that way.
Do you do land clearing?
Yes. Build sites, pasture, fence lines and acreage. Taking out select trees and clearing everything are very different jobs, so we walk those and price them individually.
