Eleven towns across Alachua, Marion and Levy counties. Crews leave our Gainesville yard every morning, and we take emergency calls anywhere in that range at any hour of any day.
The short version

We are based in Gainesville and we work out from there. North to High Springs and Alachua, west to Newberry and Williston, south through Micanopy and McIntosh to Ocala and Reddick, east to Hawthorne and the lakes.
The trees change quite a bit across that range, and so does the work. Sand in High Springs, limestone close to the surface at Williston, soft wet ground around Lochloosa, and a closed eighty year old canopy over half of Gainesville. A crew that treats all of that the same way is going to get something wrong eventually, usually on your property.

Our home county, and where most of our work is. Sandy soil, a heavy oak and pine canopy, and a lot of eighty year old laurel oaks that are all reaching the end at the same time. Permit rules here are the strictest of the three counties, and they change again every time you cross a city line.

About where we work
Do you charge more to come out to my town?
Not as a travel fee, no. Distance shows up in scheduling rather than in a line item. What does change the price is access. A tree we can drive equipment to costs much less than the same tree behind a six foot fence in a back yard, which is why open acreage in Levy or Marion County often prices better than a small lot in Gainesville.
What if I am just outside one of these towns?
Call us. The eleven pages are where we work most, not a fence around the service area. We go further for a full day of work, and several trees on one property makes a longer trip worth it for both of us.
How fast can you get to an emergency?
Depends where you are and what else is happening. Right after a storm, everybody in three counties calls at once and we work through it by severity, with trees on houses first. Call or text at any hour and we will tell you honestly where you sit in the line rather than promising you a time we cannot keep.
Do you do work for property managers across several towns?
Yes. We handle multi site maintenance for HOAs, management companies and commercial owners across all three counties, with certificates sent to your office and a written record of every visit. More on commercial work.
Are you licensed and insured everywhere you work?
We carry general liability and workers compensation that cover every county we operate in, and we will email you the certificate before we start. Worth knowing that Florida does not license tree services at all, and Marion County stopped requiring a local license in 2006. Insurance paperwork is the only real proof there is, so ask everybody for it.
